About Me

I am an Arts & Entertainment Production Management student at Republic Polytechnic with a passion for live events and creative productions. I enjoy contributing both on stage and behind the scenes, and I am always eager to learn new skills, take on challenges, and create meaningful experiences through teamwork and creativity. Outside of school, I enjoy dancing, crocheting, collecting vinyl records, journalling, and exploring music and live performances. These hobbies inspire my creativity, help me express myself, and motivate me to continue growing both personally and professionally within the arts and entertainment industry.

National Day Parade 2025 (SG60)

I was honoured to be selected as a performer for the National Day Parade SG60, contributing to the first act of Singapore's 60th National Day celebration. As part of a large-scale production involving thousands of performers, I took part in months of rehearsals to prepare for the live show. The experience taught me the importance of discipline, commitment, teamwork, and adaptability, as every performer played a vital role in delivering a coordinated performance. Being involved in such a meaningful national event also gave me a greater appreciation for the planning and production behind large-scale live shows, while strengthening my confidence as both a performer and an arts production student.

Style Groovaz Crew (Emergence 2026 - SPICY)

As part of Emergence 2026, the freshman showcase for Style Groovaz Crew (SGC), I worked with my team to create and perform a three-minute dance item based on the theme "Flavours," with our group's concept being "Spicy." Throughout the probation period, we developed the entire performance from scratch with guidance from our mentors, including the choreography, concept, stage direction, formations, costumes, lighting, music selection and mixing, and overall production. My main responsibility was creating and mixing the music for the performance, while also contributing to the choreography, lighting, and creative design of the item. This experience strengthened my skills in teamwork, creativity, communication, and time management, while giving me valuable hands-on experience in producing a performance from concept to stage.

Republic Polytechnic Orientation Programme 2026 (STA)

As the Club Representative (Public Relations) for the STA Club EXCO, I worked alongside 18 fellow EXCO members and our Group Leaders to plan and execute the orientation programme for the School of Technology for the Arts, Media & Design at Republic Polytechnic. Although my main role was in public relations, I also supported multiple departments throughout the event being an OIC. My responsibilities included emceeing, assisting with programme planning and games, handling marketing during the opening and closing segments, managing attendance taking, supporting logistics during activities, checking in on both the freshmen and Group Leaders, and liaising with school staff and lecturers when required. Through this experience, I strengthened my communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills while learning how to adapt and contribute across different areas to ensure the orientation ran smoothly.
